Deposits:
1. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUMMITED WITH THE DEPOSIT INDICATED IN THE ESTIMATE TO START A PROJECT.
2. Due to our printing companies providers’ policies to increase their prices of their services, our Prices are not guarantee for another order. Every time you need to place an order we can e-mail you a new quote or an estimate.
3. After an order was approved by the client and sent to print it cannot be cancel. If you need to cancel an order, print and design will be divide as a separate charge.
Final Project:
Once you receive your final project file, please read it carefully word by word before getting back to us. Then, we will send your project to print. Any approvals send after 5 PM Eastern time, the order will be process the next day.
Shipping Procedures:
Please allowed us 12 to 24 hours to send you an e-mail notification with the day and time your order could be drop off. Please note that after 2 to 3 days holding your printed job a non refundable fee of $ 5.00 USD will be charge per each additional day. All orders must be paid in full before receiving it from any of our team members. Shipping cost will be estimate depending on the address of the location.
Abandoned Projects:
We appreciate your business and would love to accommodate the time frame we have to submit your final project. Our creative team would love to work with you. If you need
help organizing your ideas, we are here to help you. Please, request a Free Consultation prior to placing an order.
Generally after a 50% Deposit is submitted, we take less than a week to submit the first Draft of a project. After that the Designer (s) most work with you to finalize your project. We understand how limited your time is. Therefore, we are here to help you. Please, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your Project. All projects have a range of time and we will not be responsible to continue working on your project after The Termination Project is due.
Revisions
Small revisions can be made after we provide the initial mockup. If many revisions are required, an additional fee may apply. You will be notified if this applies. A minimum revision
fee is $75.00 USD. To avoid this fee, please submit your information correct and complete.
For Print Project Termination Policy:
After a 50% deposit is submitted, we might take less than a week to send you the final Draft. We will wait 24 hours for your approval. The Time frame for a Print Project approval is up to 24 hours. Please, approve your project as soon as we notify you via E-mail or text. Magazine, Newspaper, Books and other long term projects qualify for a long term termination project accommodation. After that a non refundable $85.00 USD Fee per day will be charge for retaining your job until we receive your approval.
For Photography & Video Production:
After a 50% deposit is submitted we might take 4 to 5 weeks to submit the first Draft. After that the Photographer and Videographer. Most work with you to finalize your project and have your approval. The time frame for a Photography & Video projects most take one to two weeks for approval after the final draft was submitted. After 24 hours a non refundable $100.00 USD Fee per day will be charge for retaining your job until we receive your approval. If we do not heard from you withing 15 days for any inquire about your work and additional $100.00 USD Fee will be apply to your account for nonpayment.
For Web Design & Web Development:
After a 50% deposit is submitted we might take 2 to 4 weeks to submit the first Draft. After that the Designer (s) most work with you to finalize your project and have your approval. The time frame for a Web Design and Web Development Project most take no more than 30 to 45 days for approval . After 24 hours a non refundable $100.00 USD Fee per day will be charge for retaining your job until we receive your approval. If we do not heard from you withing 15 days for any inquire about your work and additional $100.00 USD Fee will be apply to your account for nonpayment.
